You can cancel anytime from your Account page, which opens a secure portal where you can cancel with one click. Cancelling stops your next renewal — you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't require you to contact support to cancel.
Deleting your account (from the Danger Zone on your Account page) is different from cancelling — it's immediate and permanent. The moment you delete your account:
If you just want to stop future renewals but keep your saved content and the option to come back, use Cancel instead of Delete — cancelling lets you keep access until the end of your paid period, and your account and data stay intact.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to both the standard $20/month plan and the trial-skip first-month charge of $21. We don't offer partial-period, pro-rated, or "didn't use it enough" refunds — cancelling simply stops your next renewal, as described above. This is the case regardless of how much of the billing period you actually used.
The one exception is our mistake: if you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you'd already cancelled, or an amount that doesn't match what you subscribed to — email real.yohling@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
Our payment processor handles the actual refund transaction for any billing error we approve. Refunds typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though the exact timeline varies by bank, card provider, and payment method and may be longer in some cases.
If you're located in the European Union or European Economic Area: by subscribing, you're asking us to give you immediate access to the Service rather than waiting out the standard 14-day withdrawal period that normally applies to online purchases. Because digital content starts being delivered to you right away, you acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once your subscription becomes active, to the extent permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) or equivalent local law.
Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please reach out to real.yohling@gmail.com first — we can usually sort out billing questions faster directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is placed on hold rather than cancelled immediately. You'll need to update your payment method (from the same Account page) to reactivate it. If a payment continues to fail without being resolved, your subscription may eventually be cancelled.
If anything above doesn't cover your situation, email real.yohling@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
